We are experienced in working with a range of psychological issues in a non-judgemental, supportive way. Common psychological experiences which can become overwhelming include depression, anxiety, gambling, addictions, obsessions, compulsions, managing emotions and relationship difficulties.
We offer a range of wellbeing sessions which include managing sleep and stress. These information sessions incorporate elements of mindfulness and relaxation while drawing upon robust, evidence-based theory. We work with organisations to support employee wellbeing and customer relationships.
We offer life coaching and group session focusing on positive psychology. You may have been thinking about change for a while, or are experiencing a change not of choosing such as illness, loss or redundancy. We help with achieving your goals or exploring what your valued life might look like.
